Chandeliers, three private lounge rooms, a custom built-in bar and a furnished rooftop over 23rd Street — 2,500 square feet that host like a residence, not a rental hall.
Loft on Fifth reads like the home of a very good host: a long gold thread of chandeliers and warm light running through rooms that each do something different — so your event can have cocktails, a dance floor and a quiet corner all at once.
Each lounge room is its own scene — one wrapped in teal botanicals, one blushing pink beneath its moon mural, one glowing amber by candlelight — and the walls between them do your event's zoning for you: cocktails here, conversation there, the gift table in the third.
For weddings and shoots they double beautifully as dressing and makeup rooms.
The main floor carries the disco ball and our chandelier art installation.
A mirror ball hangs over blush lounge chairs, a carved fireplace and a veil of string curtains, speckling the walls with slow-turning light. Early in the evening it's the prettiest conversation corner in the building; later, it's where the dancing starts.
It needs nothing from you — no styling, no rentals — and every camera in the room finds it.
A furnished rooftop with a speaker system, two fire pits and a straight view of the Manhattan skyline — room for sixty more guests above your event, weather permitting.
It is open year-round, with both fire pits lit.
The rooftop is included with the floor. It is never split off or shared.
The room says romance before the flowers arrive.
A board day for twenty, a reception for a hundred — or both.
Chandeliers, disco ball, rooftop toast. In that order.
Daylight through the lounge rooms was made for this.
Fire pits on the roof, gold light inside. December moves fast.
Three styled rooms and a rooftop in one location fee.
The film from the July shoot — the chandeliers everyone photographs, the lounges, the long table, and the roof at dusk. Sound on.
Up to 100 guests indoors and 60 on the rooftop. The built-in tables seat twenty with no rentals at all.
Events run Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 2 AM. Every event ends by 2 AM.
Tours run Tuesdays — 6–8 PM in person, 8–9 PM by FaceTime. Fifteen minutes in the room answers most questions.
Outside catering is welcome at no charge. The prep kitchen — oven, stovetop and microwave — handles warming and plating; caterers cook off-site.
The custom built-in bar is staffed by our own team. Every bar package is an open bar: the spirits, beer and wine are chosen with you beforehand, and they pour freely for the length of your event.
The rooftop itself is open year-round, weather permitting. The roof is yours for the evening — two fire pits lit, the skyline behind them.
Send the date, the headcount and the occasion — we reply the same day with availability and one all-in number. Tours run Tuesdays — 6–8 PM in person, 8–9 PM by FaceTime.
