14 West Loft is an entire penthouse for your leadership team: one long table for ten, skylights instead of fluorescents, and a furnished terrace for the break that actually resets the room.

The all-hands floor.

Loft in Flatiron takes town halls and briefings up to a hundred in theater rows — brought in and set by our team — with a 75-inch display, a microphone and house sound. When the program ends, the same floor throws the party.

Breakouts that don't feel like punishment.

Loft on Fifth adds what offices never have enough of: three private lounge rooms for breakouts, interviews and green rooms, one floor above the main space — registration and the coffee station live here too, so arrivals never cut across your program.

The practical part

Hours

Weekday meetings run 8 AM to 6 PM. Events run Monday to Saturday from 10 AM. Production days start at 8 — Saturdays included.

A/V

Displays at every venue — 75 inches at Loft in Flatiron — plus sound, a portable speaker and microphone, and Wi-Fi around 347 Mbps down. Wi-Fi cards on request.

Formats

Theater, classroom, boardroom or reception — seating is brought in and set by our team, sized to your headcount.

Catering

Outside catering is welcome at no fee — coffee service stages from the prep kitchen, and we're glad to refer our preferred caterer.

The bar

For the evening reception that follows the meeting: bar service is ours, and every bar package is an open bar — the spirits, beer and wine are chosen with you beforehand, and they pour freely for the length of the reception.

Meetings and productions run strictly to the hours reserved, so book the setup time your team needs up front.
