Buyouts · Two floors · The whole block

Take the floor. Or take the block.

Loft in Flatiron and Loft on Fifth stack in one building — 250 guests across the two — and the penthouse half a block away brings the collection to 310. One team, one contract, one night.

The Format

One night, several rooms, zero shuttles.

A program that would normally need a hotel ballroom gets something better: rooms with character, stacked in one building and half a block apart. Guests flow between floors instead of waiting on one.

Loft on Fifth — chandeliers

Upstairs: the reception.

Cocktails under the chandeliers, lounge rooms for the quieter conversations, and the rooftop for air between chapters. Loft on Fifth is the elegant half of a two-floor night — and where registration lives, so arrivals never crowd the program.

Loft in Flatiron — the dance floor

Downstairs: the party.

One flight down, Loft in Flatiron turns the volume up — brick, neon and a floor built for dancing. The same staircase and a six-person elevator carry guests between the two all night.

14 West Loft — the terrace

Half a block west: the third room.

Add 14 West Loft and the collection tops out at 310: a penthouse for the VIP hour, the leadership breakfast, or the wind-down after the main floors close their doors.

Occasions

Programs that need more than one room.

Company nights

An all-hands hour downstairs, cocktails upstairs, one bar tab.

Conference evenings

The offsite's night out — 250 without renting a ballroom.

Festival-style parties

Different energy on every floor; guests choose their room.

VIP formats

A main floor for everyone and a penthouse for the inner circle.

Full wedding days

Ceremony, reception and after-party, each with its own address.

Brand takeovers

Three venues, one block, one brand on every surface for a night.

Good to know

The practical part

How it stacks

Loft in Flatiron (120, standing) and Loft on Fifth (100 indoors + 60 on the rooftop) share one building at 20 West 23rd; 14 West Loft (60) is half a block away at 14 West 23rd.

One team

One inquiry, one contract, one event team running every floor — you never coordinate between venues, because there's nothing to coordinate.

Proof it works

We've run a single evening for 200 guests through this building — lobby hosts, a signed stairwell and the elevator kept arrivals moving.

Catering

Outside catering is welcome at no fee; Loft on Fifth's prep kitchen serves both floors of a two-floor night.

Tours

Tuesdays, by appointment — see every floor in one visit, 6–8 PM in person or 8–9 PM by FaceTime.
