Three looks. One block. Doors at 8.

A moody brick-and-neon floor, an elegant loft with chandeliers and a rooftop, and a daylight penthouse — three distinct looks within half a block, so one production day covers three sets.

The Rooms

Location, location, location — all on one block.

Move the crew half a block instead of across the borough. Each venue reads completely differently on camera, and the block does establishing shots, Flatiron views and rooftop golden hour on its own.

Loft in Flatiron — brick and neon

The moody one.

Loft in Flatiron: exposed brick, neon, color-changing up-lights and an open floor. Music video, fashion, nightlife scenes — the grit is built in and the lighting rig is half done before you load in.

Loft on Fifth — chandeliers over the main floor

The elegant one — with built-in holding.

Loft on Fifth: chandeliers, a disco ball, arches and a furnished rooftop — and its three private lounge rooms double as dressing, hair-and-makeup and holding, the detail that most often decides a shoot.

14 West Loft — daylight interior

The daylight one.

14 West Loft: a penthouse of skylights, leather lounges, a gallery wall and a terrace over the city. Natural-light interviews, lifestyle content and editorial days live here.

Good to know

The practical part

Hours

Production days start at 8 AM, Saturdays included, and run strictly to the hours reserved — book your load-in, shoot and strike inside the window.

Load-in

Passenger elevator only at all three venues — no freight lift, no loading dock — and the stairs are a working route. We'll send cab and door dimensions with the quote so your grip knows before the truck does.

Holding & HMU

Loft on Fifth's three lounge rooms double as dressing, hair-and-makeup and holding; the penthouse offers the same in daylight.

Overnight builds

Paid load-in days include overnight storage, so a build can stay up between the prep day and the shoot.

Connectivity

Wi-Fi around 347 Mbps down, tested; Wi-Fi cards on request.
