One block. The whole day.

A wedding is really three or four events wearing one dress code. On this block each one gets its own floor: quiet mornings in the penthouse, vows and toasts under the chandeliers, and a dance floor that goes late — all within a two-minute walk of each other.

The elegant floor: chandeliers, a disco ball for later, and three private lounge rooms that double as dressing suites for the wedding party. The furnished rooftop takes the golden-hour portraits and the sunset toast.

Loft in Flatiron — the after-party.

When the toasts are done, the party moves one floor down: exposed brick, neon, state-of-the-art sound and room to actually dance. Your DJ plugs straight in.

The penthouse half a block away: skylights, leather lounges and a private terrace. Getting ready in the morning, a family hour before the ceremony, or the calm landing the day after.

The practical part

The package

A five-hour celebration with three hours of setup included and an hour to break down after — plus overnight storage and next-day vendor pickup by noon, so the morning after is not a scramble.

2027 dates

Wedding dates are open into 2027 now — the calendar is yours to pick.

Catering

Outside catering is welcome at no fee. Loft on Fifth and the penthouse have prep kitchens for warming and plating.

The bar

Full bar service by our team. Every bar package is an open bar: the spirits, beer and wine are chosen with you beforehand, and they pour freely for the length of the celebration. Tell us what should be in hand for the toast and we will build it in.

Tours

Tuesdays, by appointment — 6–8 PM in person, 8–9 PM by FaceTime. See all three rooms in one visit.
